Be kind: Help all group members feel welcome and included.

Be present: Join meetings on time, turn off distracting devices, join from a quiet place, and be fully engaged during group meetings.


Be discreet: Whatever is discussed in your group meeting must stay in your group meeting. Maintaining member confidentiality is of utmost importance. Being able to share personal experiences freely and openly without fear is one of the core tenets that makes Forum work.


Be respectful: Treat other group members and your facilitator(s) how you want to be treated. Dress in a manner appropriate for a group meeting.


Be a good peer: Share your experiences but also share the stage. Be open to feedback on how your participation impacts the group.
